The fully furnished space contains 3 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, all with ample storage space in the closets. The 2 air conditioned lounges both have dining spaces, and sofas from which you can relax and watch TV (one of the sofas converts to double sofabed). Together with 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, and the other with a bathtub and shower), this is the ideal apartment for large groups coming to Barcelona.

We had a great time in Barcalona, and Anil’s place was the perfect spot for our two families. Communication w Anil was great, and the place is in a great area. No complaints at all.

it was a bit on the pricey side for what was in the place. We loved the building and the layout, the location. A big let down for us was the washer and dryer. Its been known that the dryer has been broken for some time, yet its not fixed. We brought minimal clothes for luggage and planned on washing frequently. Clothes didnt air dry. We couldnt figure out how to turn the heater on and it was pretty cold. The beds were hard, but the linens were great. One of the bathrooms smells really bad. Old and no ventilation and some very old fixtures in there. But the charm was great.

We stayed two nights at this apartment, and location says it all! You walk out of the apartment onto to the Ramblas (main pedestrian thoroughfare). The Gaudi Casa Battlo was a two minute walk (a must see!). The elevator is small (3 people max), and the apartment building is a bit on the older side. But each room had a balcony, and was neat if a bit dated. Beds were a little hard for me, but I would stay here again. We were met promptly, given the keys and an adequate description of the apartment and neighborhood. Dryer didn't work, but not a problem for us. Check out was easy. If you want an apartment in the heart of soul of Barcelona this place is perfect!

Fantastic location of this property. Steps from great food, entertainment, and sightseeing. Some upkeep needed to increase the stars. Clothes dryer was broken, moldy and foul smelling shower curtain, tools, ladders and drying racks cluttered the living space. We spent very little time in the apartment so these minor and fixable nuisances did not take from a wonderful stay.
