Enjoy a dream vacation in this beautiful and comfortable apartment with terrace and lovely balconies.
Its lovely decoration and small details will welcome you to a great stay in Barcelona. The wonderful sunny terrace will become your favorite place thanks to its sun beds, table, sofa, chairs and various bamboos that add a tropical touch.
This apartment is perfect for two families who want to share their vacation, but at the same time have privacy. With two completely independent spaces, each with its own kitchen. Ideal for large families or a group of friends, it can accommodate 10 people.

-Parties in the apartment are strictly not permitted.
-It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay. The property has a noise monitor on the terrace, does not record, only records and alerts us when the usual noise levels are exceeded.
The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the property. If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 21h hour it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 300 eur.
-The perfect choice for families or groups of friends (preference age: over 24 years).
-The terrace can be used until 21:00 only. Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges). Wifi 94.2 Mbps
City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic—super convenient and close to just about everything we needed. The apartment layout was great for two families traveling together, with each family having their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms, so there was no stress around sharing space.One evening, we stayed up a bit late playing cards and, unfortunately, got a text the next day asking us to keep the noise down. It was a good reminder that this is an apartment setting, not a standalone home, so just something to keep in mind if you're a night owl like us!One important note for future guests: check-in currently requires someone to meet you on-site. In our case, there was a delay of over an hour before they could arrive, which left us waiting outside with our luggage. Unfortunately, during that time, a local pickpocket distracted us and made off with a backpack containing over 1,000 worth of belongings. This wasn’t the fault of the host or the apartment itself—just an unfortunate introduction to the more opportunistic side of Barcelona. If the property had a keyless entry system, we could’ve avoided this situation altogether, so hopefully that’s something they’ll consider for the future.Overall, the unit itself was great, and we had a wonderful time—just a couple of things to be aware of so you can make the most of your stay!
