Huge and bright, 5 bedroom penthouse apartment located just 300 meters away from Plaza Catalunya and 5 minutes walking distance to the Aerobus (airport bus). Suitable for up to 12 people with all you will need!THE SPACE:Welcome to this quiet, comfortable penthouse, located on the top floor of a classical catalan building located on Rambla Catalunya, one of Barcelona´s most charming avenues. The place has a great terrace with an unspoilt, amazing view (with 100% privacy).BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 12 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC
Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed with AC
Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC
Bedroom 5: 1 Double bed with AC
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*
2 individual sofa beds in the living room
All rooms are equipped with ventilation system for winter and storage space.
Desk and chair in each room
2 Bathrooms ( 1 with toilet, bidet and bathtub + 1 toilet +1 additional shower and sink in a different space)FACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher
TV and high speed Wi-fi
Elevator in building
Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.
The apartment is exterior, quiet, and bright. It is located on the third floor of the building (with elevator). Please note the elevator will take you until the 3rd floor. You will have to take some stairs from there to the penthouse, because the elevator doesn't arrive exactly in front of the door.THE NEIGHBORHOOD:The Eixample district not only is the most iconic in Barcelona, it’s also the most diverse in terms of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The gridlike layout is the symbol of the sunny and modern Barcelona we know today. The whole area is set out in a grid with each block having an inner courtyard. This means that it is hard to get lost in Eixample, and moreover, easy to find places.
Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. The Eixample is one of the most dynamic and comfortable areas to live in Barcelona, mainly because there’s always a restaurant, shop, supermarket or bar at walking distance.

This is a very impressive space. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding. We very much appreciated the genuine feel of the space with its solid wood doors, huge bathroom and half sunken tub. The space is well maintained and provided a large living room and large dining room. The balcony is an amazing addition to enjoy some quiet outdoor time with clean table and chairs. There are two more small lounges in addition to the living room so there was always a space to hang out in. The kitchen was large and spacious and super well equipped with organized cutlery and dishes and Nespresso machine. The washing machine and dryer were of excellent quality and very useful. A dryer rack was easily found in laundry room as was a spare high chair. Very unique and picturesque space. Visitors should beware that they will have to climb a flight of stairs (beautiful marble stairwell to the building) to get to the apartment but all the better for our health. The host was very attentive to any questions we had. Host provided new sponge and small bottle of dishwashing liquid and new rags in kitchen and pods for laundering. Very helpful. Well equipped space for a family or even two with all five bedrooms!

This apartment is great for groups or families as there are a number of bedrooms to stay in. The apartment couldn't be better located in the city with easy access to transportation and walkable to amazing restaurants, shopping, etc.
The apartment is in an older building so it wasn't surprising that there were some older aspects of the apartment. One of the AC units wasn't working properly and the kitchen was a little rundown (cabinets with no shelves).
But for our group it was great. Plus the outside terrace for a morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the day was a real bonus.

This property is the perfect location and size with plenty of room for the teenagers! Dani is the best host/correspondence I have ever met, Super friendly and kind with help and suggestions on where to eat and visit. This was such a nice surprise for our first ever visit to Barcelona. We will be back sooner than later! Many thanks!

This property is as listed although a bit worn in some areas which could do with a bit of TLC. Beds were comfortable, communication with property managers was good and air conditioning a huge asset. Centrally placed for exploring Barcelona on foot or metro.
