The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this modern and bright 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, perfect for those who want to stay in the old neighbourhood of the city with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located next to Las Ramblas and Liceu theater.
The Space:
Welcome to this 140 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building located next to Las Ramblas and the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. Barcelona’s historic Old Town is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
We are managers of other apartments in the building, really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips. Please note all apartments are almost identical, on layout, equipment and characteristics, but there might be some small changes on decoration.
APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 12 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 2 Individual beds
- Bedroom 3: 2 Individual beds
- Bedroom 4: 2 Individual beds
- Living room 5: sofa-bed
- Bedrooms hallway: Double sofa-bed
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- Located just 5 minutes walking from Las Ramblas and a short walk to the beach ☀️
- Private terrace accessed from two of the bedrooms.
- Bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a spacious kitchen facing the front facade of the building.
- Sunny balconies located in the living room overlooking a quiet and pedestrian street
- 2.5 bathrooms
- TV and Wi-fi
- Central AC
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival
- Paid parking off premises

Guest Access:
- The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy!
- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.
- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!
The Neighborhood:
El Raval is a cosmopolitan and multicultural neighborhood that is part of the Ciutat Vella district, the historic part of Barcelona. It is the perfect place for lovers of history and culture, as it is home to emblematic monuments and museums of Barcelona. The Palau Güell, the MACBA, the CCCB and the famous Mercado de la Boqueria are some of the symbols of this neighborhood where people of all nationalities converge.
Getting Around:
- The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Liceu metro station (L3) by Las Ramblas.
- The easiest way to get from/to the airport is taking the Aerobus at Plaza Catalunya, this costs around 4,50 EUR per person.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

The apartment was great. It did not look quite as updated as the photos but it is in an older area of Barcelona. So overall it was quite nice and very comfortable. And the location is fantastic. There were a few things lacking in the kitchen upon arrival. And some of the beds had only sheets. But most things were quickly fixed when we contacted the owners. They were very helpful and responsive.

This place would be much better if a deep cleaning is done to the apartment . The location was good and it felt pretty spacious, however, 5/7 of our group became ill. The building is old and it shows, there was mold in a lot of spaces. Their maintenance team had to replace a mold filled panel for us in one of the bathrooms however under further inspection we believe it was the dirty vents that caused everyone to become sick. I want to love it but this sore throat is killing me.
