Ola Living Plaza Catalunya

It was great that it was next to Plaza Catalunya, which was right where the shuttles to the airport were located, plus multiple subway lines. We could also see the top of the finished Sagrada Familia from our balcony! AC and in-unit washer/dryer was also appreciated.

The instructions to unlock the front door to the building could have been better. We eventually figured out that we had to press the button for the floor, and THEN the button for the apartment number (for example, floor 4 / apt. 1 = 41), then slide the slider on the mobile phone app. It was painless after that, but the instructions on the site did not mention the important part, pressing the button for the floor first. Also, there was only two rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms, which we ran out of before the end of our stay in an apartment of five travelers. We got more at the grocery store nearby, so it was only a minor inconvenience.

Location was great right on the Playa de Catalunya. Handy for buses, trains and local areas.

No cupboards for 2nd bedroom.

Great location, right on Placa Catalunya. The checkin process was easy and the staff at the main office stored our luggage until check-in time. They also provided us with maps and suggestions on where to start our exploration of the city. The apartment was perfect for our family, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a nice living room and kitchen. The balcony was on the back of the building, but had a pretty good view and we could see the spires of Sagrada Família over a nearby building.

A few basic kitchen supplies, like salt, pepper, sugar, would have been appreciated.

Excellent location and pretty good property.

No instructions provided on how to access the building or the apartment. Had to call in the emergency number to find out. Very uncomfortable beds, not enough pillows or towels.
