Close to restaurants, flamenco club and hop on hop off bus. Good communication and easy access with digital keys.
Very noisy. Could hear people above scraping furniture across the floor at 11pm and flushing toilets and having showers. Ceiling on second level very low. Our tallest member of our group (180cm) head touched the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom. Other bedroom on second floor EVERYONE had to duck their heads to enter. Not very clean. Mould in bottom bathroom.

The location of the apartment is excellent and nearby many things. The apartment is good for group of friends.
The apartment needs some improvement in terms of the toilets, rooms and kitchen amenities.
