Overall space, location, cleanliness, comfort of beds, pool area and general service- great for our family of 5. We would rate it 9.5 if we could.
The AC just wasn’t as strong we wanted it to be in the bedrooms though the team worked to resolve it halfway through our stay. Hot water in showers just took awhile to warm up. But we still very much enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent with walking distance to all attractions and shopping. The apartment was spacious and modern. Staff was nice and accommodating
The AC was centrally controlled which made the apartment too hot (24/25c degrees) - also during the night. When we asked them to lower the temperature they said that it would not be possible. The hallway has no AC. There were ants inside the bathroom and kitchen/living room. The shower has poor pressure.
