Recently refurbished, it features hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, and a large private terrace with dining furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment includes a bright living room, two double bedrooms, a third room with a double bunk bed, and two modern bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher.
To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Access to upper floors is available by elevator.
🛏️ Towels, linens, toiletries, and cleaning essentials are provided.
🥂 Minibar service available (with supplement).
🚗 private parking, subject to availability, for an additional charge.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Charming old building fully updated inside. Nice bathrooms, kitchen comfy beds and bedding. Walk to everything or easy taxi or public transport

This time we took the car - fantastic to have onsite secure parking. And of course the apartment didn’t disappoint. I would live here if they would let me. Just lovely. After 20 years of visits and trying hotels we always return to Casp 41! Thank you Joanna for the warm welcome

Condo is fine, but when we arrived, the elevator was not working. We had to drag several very heavy suitcases up to flights of stairs. There is some peeling paint and some lights that don’t work correctly. So we could use a bit of work.
Seemed a bit pricey for a pretty standard place
