Recently refurbished, it features hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, and a large private terrace with dining furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The apartment includes a bright living room, two double bedrooms, a third room with a double bunk bed, and two modern bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher.
To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Access to upper floors is available by elevator.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

We stayed for 5 nights picking up our son who was studying at the University. The place is huge, well appointed and Mariam was a perfect host: responsive, helpful and accommodating. The deck is fantastic, the location perfect. Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again, loved it!!

This property is centrally located easy to get to. Close to the metro and Catalunya Park. The check in process was easy and efficient. MARYANNA was lovely and explained everything in detail. The property was spotless and large. We had 5 adults. It was spacious and well equipped. 3 bed 2 bath was more than ample. We especially loved the outdoor terrace with large dining table and lounge area. We would definitely recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed all parts of our stay here

Excellent location. Plenty of room for our group of four adults and two little ones. Kitchen well equipped though it would have been nice to have enough coffee pods for the whole trip. Two was complimentary, but they were nice enough to drop off a few more. Items like wine. Four beers and snacks provided had a surcharge so be aware of that. Great wi-fi as well. Condo is fine, but when we arrived, the elevator was not working. We had to drag several very heavy suitcases up to flights of stairs. There is some peeling paint and some lights that don’t work correctly. So we could use a bit of work.
