Stay in this luxurious 124 m² apartment with a private terrace, located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district. With marble floors, bright spaces, and elegant design, it combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable location — just a 5-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia.
The apartment features two double bedrooms, one room with two single beds, and two full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. It also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe box.
🛏️ We provide towels, bed linens, toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.
🥂 Minibar service available (with supplement).
🚗 Private parking available (subject to availability) for an additional charge.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Beautiful apartment! We had some difficulties in storing our bags pre check-in. But finally got that settled. It was in a wonderful place. So convenient to the things we were doing. I highly recommend but expect to pay for amenities like snack food. Other than that it was wonderful.

This apartment was perfect for 3 girlfriends. It was in a great location and provided all the necessities we needed. The property manager was very helpful and super clear in her instructions. It had a great outdoor space for having drinks after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again!
