About this apartment rental
This beautiful and bright apartment is located in a building that has belonged to my family for several generations. It has been completely renovated in this year 2018. It is located in the heart of the city of Barcelona, in Plaza Urquinaona, 5 minutes walk from Plaza Cataluña, downtown of Barcelona.
It has capacity for 8 people, and is available as follows:
Entering the apartment, we find the hall and dining room. To the left of the hall is one of the two bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob to cook comfortably, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils just like would do at home.
From the kitchen you can access one of the three bedrooms that has two single beds. The second bedroom, which is accessed from the hall, also has 2 single beds as well. And the third bedroom, which is accessed from the dining room, is large and has a large double bed which can be split into two single beds, if the guest so wishes.
The dining room located in a beautiful room independent of the living room, has a modern and large table with capacity for 8 people.
In the second full bathroom, which is accessed from the dining room, are located the washing machine and clothes dryer.
House's rules:
- It will not be possible to accommodate more guests than indicated when confirming the reservation.
- Respect the content and continent of the apartment.
- You must keep clean and respect all the elements of the common areas. In this sense, it will make sure to close the door of the access portal to the street in its exits and entrances, as well as to close the doors of the elevator once it has been used.
- Respect the maximum capacity of people established for the lift.
- Respect the neighbors. Do not make loud noises that may bother from 10pm until 8am.
- It is not allowed to hang towels on the balconies.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Drugs are not allowed.
- All equipment and machines in the apartment must work properly. If it were not so, I will do everything possible to repair it urgently. But no refund will be issued.
- Failure to comply with these rules of coexistence that results in damage or harm to the community or to housing will imply total loss of the amount deposited as a deposit.
- A supplement of € 20 will be charged for Check in after 22:00 and € 40 after 00.00 to be paid in cash with the delivery of keys.
- And most importantly, enjoy your stay!

Close the apartment door with a key every time you go out to visit the city. To close the apartment door securely, turn the key clockwise twice.

We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona! Property is as described. Very clean and quaint 3br, 2ba apartment in a lovely,safe building close to everywhere we wanted to be. We were able to walk to sites, restaurants and even home from the beach (1.3mi or so).Antonio was Amazing with communication, responding very quickly to all messages. We had an early day arrival so rented from the night prior and he met us early on our arrival day for check in. Espresso was a kind welcome on our day of arrival and lasted us for our short two day stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Was a great apartment in a great location with lots of restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy within steps. Close to downtown barcelona and market. Was easy to communicate with the owner, check in and out. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Host was terrific. Very responsive and helpful. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Could use a bit of updating but otherwise terrific. Equipped with everything you need and centrally located to all the sites.
