This modern apartment in the neighborhood of Sarria, in the northeast part of the city, is ideal for those looking for a relaxed stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.
The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Ausiàs Marc - Roger de Flor / Pg. De Sant Joan - Alí-Bei) and subways (Arc de Triomf / Marina). Only 15 minutes walking or by public transport, you will find the most famous beach in Barcelona, La Barceloneta. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.
This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.
Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other two with 2 single beds; as well as 1 double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with an integrated bathtub and shower.
From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.
As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick-ups from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions of the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about making the purchase upon arrival.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Location was close to everything which made the 4 days we were there very easy as we could get around and see everything we wanted to see.

The location, the comfort of the beds and the kindness with which we were served are the main features to highlight of this apartment. The location is unbeatable to enjoy the city. 100% recommended!

The attention received was unbeatable, the facilities were great, the location very good. We were 4, and we had a sofa bed with double mattress in the living room and 1 doble bed and 4 single beds in the bedrooms. It was great! The towels were very clean and we got toilet paper. The guy who came to give us the keys at night was very nice, he explained everything and was at our disposal if we needed it. The apartment was super cool, the heating was great, even some days we had heat. The kitchen utensils were more than enough to make the occasional dinner there. One of our best things about Barcelona was the accommodation, a great value for the price!

Pro: close proximity to public transportation, clean, property manager very responsive to issues with property
Cons: check in is across town (40 minutes by public transport to property which I wish I would have known when booking), key did not work when we got to the property, furniture broken/collapsed and was not removed leaving exposed staples, several other small maintenance issues, property across from a bar so it is not quiet until about 2am and glass recycling comes for pick up around 3a every night and dumps all the glass which is quite loud, pool is on the roof (not private for the property) and was full of algae (not usable)- listing misleading on this, there is no parking on the property despite what the listing says
Professionalism issues : property manager at check-in has sign saying masks are mandatory so we entered with masks, no employees were masked, one employee spoke to another employee and said she should ask us if she needed to wear one- she laughed and rolled her eyes (I think they assumed we did not speak Spanish but I do)
