they gave me a wrong check in details that's why we didnt get inside our apartment right away i had to call their customer service

I loved how they had lockers to store our luggage while we waited for the apartment to be ready for us. It was very convenient. There was plenty of space for us and the location was perfect! I also liked that there were restaurants right outside that we were able to enjoy, along with admiring the view of the arc. It was perfect!
Only hiccup was that the shower door in the second bathroom needs to be fixed. Water kept on flowing out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor, making it very slippery and having to put more towels on the floor.

Very clean and nicely decorated apartment. I also asked for a toddler bed and they provided a high-chair too. The apartment benefits from centralized AC which is amazing during summer. The location we chose (Arc de Triomf) was ideal - many taxies available all the time, great restaurants nearby and super close to the metro station as well.
