Our spacious balconies 3 BedROOM apartment includes a gorgeous living room and three beautiful balconies that provide our guests with spectacular views that stay with them even after leaving Barcelona.
The apartment is located in an 18th century building, in a lovely and quiet residential area, five minutes by foot from Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is fully equipped to fulfill the needs and desires of our all of our guests.
The peaceful charm of our Casp Platinum Apartment and its surrounding neighborhood urges our guests to come back to Barcelona. You can look over all of Barcelona from the balcony, enjoy a meal at a nearby restaurant, or stumble upon the Sagrada Família just when taking an unplanned walk. Our guests always feel like they are truly living in our wonderful city.

**When checking-in, we require a copy of your passport or a photo of it that can be uploaded through our website or sent via WhatsApp for police& security. Additionally, please be prepared to pay a tourist tax of 6.88€ per person, per day. It is important to familiarize yourself with all rules of the apartment and payment methods for international or other holidays before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation. **CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: ( written in house rules)

- after 23:00: 50€
- Arrivals and Departures on Sundays and holidays:

Beautiful and luxurious apartment located in a charming neighborhood and a short walk to all the main sites. Beautiful balconies overlooking Barcelona. Arian is a wonderful host, and made us feel so welcome, leaving bottled water, wine, and some food staples in the refrigertor. Well stocked kitchen for hosting meals.

We made breakfast in the mornings which was a nice convenience. All appliances were more than adequate.

Overall, while the property worked for us, but for the premium price, the amenities and the tired condition, this listing left us underwhelmed.
What is really sad, is that the bones of this property are fantastic and with a little work and minor expence, it could be made great.
