About this apartment rental
This little architectural jewel is a "Silent Building" were you will enjoy calm and tranquility. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party (for them we have other options)
Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. One mezzanine with two futon style beds, two bathrooms, working fireplace and huge terrace.
Note that this is a "silent" building and it is not allowed to make any noise after dark (specifically in the terrace).
CHECK IN HOURS: 3pm to 8pm
CHECK OUT TIME: 11am
SPECIALS:
NIGHT CHECK IN (arrival from 8pm to 9am) € 50 (€ 25 / hour waiting time)
EARLY CHECK IN (*): (arrival 8 am-3pm) 25% of daily rate.

REGISTRATION: Order IRP / 418/2010 Article 2 states that is mandatory to register all the guest. Therefore you will be required to hand your ID or Passport.
To accomplish Barcelona's Tourist Boureaux regulations all tourist staying in this apartment should pay € 2.25 per person per night

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was the perfect location where we could walk to everything. An excellent grocery store right across the street made it easy for last minute meals. Our 14 year old loved the loft bed and we loved the cozy bedroom. The design was modern and fun and the terrace was terrific. We used the laundry outside so we could pack lighter. Carles was responsive to all our questions. We loved El Mercat for tapas right around the corner and had a pizza night at Giorgio's down the street just a block away. There is also a cool sneaker store nearby(Sivasdescalzo) and we loved the Mercat Boqueria in Las Ramblas to walk around and have fresh juice and snacks. What a relaxing week, a lovely city, and a terrific host. Thanks for an amazing getaway!

We enjoy our stay. The place is very unique which is why we loved it. The decorations were modern and the huge terrace was amazing. It was nice to spread out on the living room furniture and relax. The bathroom is odd as you have to traverse over the bathtub, via a wooden platform, to get to the toilet. We managed as there is another full bathroom. Overall we were quite happy. Everything was comfortable and the elevator was a plus!

l'emplacement central dans Barcelone est idéal.
les parties communes de l'immeuble sont uniques,. On se croirai dan la maison de Gaudi.
L'appartement est idéal pour un séjour de vacances.
La terrasse est fantastique.
La deuxième chambre en haut d'un escalier vertical en mezzanine est pleine d'originalité et de charme.
Deux wc, une salle de douche sur la terrasse et l'intérieur est un régal, la baignoire dans l'autre salle de bain est parfaite pour se relaxer.
Idéal pour s'immerger dans Barcelone et passer un merveilleux séjour.
