Central position, everything easily reachable

Staff were very accommodating, location was really nice, walking distance to a lot of amenities: restaurants, shops, cafes and bars.

The apartment was ready early and the getting into the location was very easy. It was located within a short walking distance of the bus and train stop which made getting around the rest of Barcelona very easy.

The process for paying the daily tourist tax was burdensome. I was not able to pay the tax prior to arrival and the site did not work once I was in the country. I had to walk to the main office (which was not by the apartment) to pay the tax and the location for that office was not easy to find.

The apartment was central and the staff member met us on time.

The second bedroom could not close as there was not enough space when the two beds were in there. There was only around 20 cms between the beds when they were both up. The room is really a single room. There were not enough plates or cutlery for the number of people staying. For example, there was one coffee wine glass and 2 coffee cups. There were only 5 chairs, yet the property sleeps 6. The kitchen facilities were inadequate. For example, there was one bread knife, no other knives. There was no chopping board. The toaster did not work. The hob could only fit one pan on properly at a time. The freezer was completely frozen so we could not open the drawers and use it. The dryer was not working The curtains were falling off the rails. It was a lot of money when there were basic things missing. I informed the staff of the above and they apologised for this but nothing was replaced/added when we were there.
