Great location, clean, center of all major attractions, walkable, neat arc

The customer service availability wasn’t the best. There’s a management office a few blocks down that was helpful, but at the location itself there wasn’t too much help. They’re not very accommodating if you arrive outside of the check in window.

El departamento es amplio, bonito, cómodo y con vistas muy bonitas. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener unas buenas vacaciones.

Nos tuvieron 1h esperando fuera del departamento porque no mandaban los accesos para poder ingresar al departamento, marqué 6 veces y nadie me contestaba, tuve incluso que marcar a BOOKING directamente. Te piden registros MUY tediosos para el registro, rellenar formularios larguísimos, adjuntar pasaportes frente y vuelta de cada uno, firmas digitales de cada huésped, mil cosas que nunca me habían pedido tan extensas. Enlaces para pagar depósitos, tasas, y después te mandan OTRO link para acceso (que tardó 1h en llegarnos) muy tedioso.

The location is great. Lots of good restaurants near by. Lots of supermarket nearby also.

Stayed there for 7 nights and no change of towels. If change towels need to pay 20 Eruo per set. Only one dish washer pod and one laundry pod for 7 nights. No broom or mop for cleaning. There were ants on kitchen counter top. The elevator was not working when we arrived. Had to carry our luggage up to 4th floor. Very difficult for over 70 old senior. WE had to pay CAD$18 for roaming for a call to Ola Living and there was no one answer the phone. Sent them an Email, replied after 1 hour. One of the washroom sinks drained water very slow. Sent them an email but no reply. There was no breakdown on City taxes and deposit amount after we paid 492.60 Euro for 7 nights. We do not know how much the deposit will be returned.
