Good location. Property very clean and helpful staff. The 24 hr staff availability for an apartment was a really nice bonus. We received a layout of the city along with a map and suggestions. Central AC made this stay complete to rest after a long days travel.

Staff were helpful. Good facilities for self-catering. It was within walking distance to cafés and bars, small supermarkets, and tourist attractions.
Lounge couch was not so comfortable for older guests.

The absolute perfect base for our family trip to Barcelona! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, spacious enough for our family of five, and the cleanliness was spot on every single day. The location is great; we were just a short walk to Plaça de Catalunya, the metro, and tons of great restaurants, which made navigating the city with kids a breeze. What really set them apart was the service—they kindly held our luggage at the reception on our last day after checkout, allowing us to enjoy one last afternoon in the city without dragging bags around before our evening flight. Highly recommend CASP74 to anyone visiting!"

Nice location, very nice apartement for 6 persons. Cleaning every day and awsome service at reception.
Maybe need a little bit of renovation of some details but in general we were very satisfied with our stay.
