The location was great clise to the metro and grocery store/restaurants
The check- in process was terrible. I stayed at the same property twice and didn’t receive my codes in a timely manner. I had to find a restaurant and bring my luggage in with me and wait for about an hour for a response. The second time they did respond even though it was 1 am by the time I was finally able to get into the rental. Thankfully in Madrid restaurants are open late so we walked down the street a few blocks and sat outside and had some nice tapas and cava while we waited.

We were buzzed into the building and electronically received the door keys- no issues with check in.
The property was expensive for what we received. Not well appointed. Not terribly clean.
