Ideally located in the Eixample district, just a 5-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia, this property combines style, comfort, and an unbeatable location.
The apartment features three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. The bright living area offers a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a safe box. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Beautiful apartment and an amazing stay in Barcelona! We were honestly in awe the moment we walked in. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and even better than expected from the photos.
One of the hosts greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly welcoming. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which was very helpful after traveling. When we returned later, they gave us a full tour of the apartment and made us feel right at home.
The location was excellent and within walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, and areas we wanted to explore. The host also provided recommendations and information on places to visit and eat, which made navigating the city much easier.
Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and truly added to our Barcelona experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The location is outstanding. A quick 5 block walk to Placa Catalonia. Coffee shops, restaurants and quick corner markets all within one block. Host was attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.The spacious terrace was a very special bonus!
