Stay in this luxurious 124 m² apartment with a private terrace, located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district. With marble floors, bright spaces, and elegant design, it combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable location — just a 5-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia.
The apartment features two double bedrooms, one room with two single beds, and two full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. It also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe box.
🛏️ We provide towels, bed linens, toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.
🥂 Minibar service available (with supplement).
🚗 Private parking available (subject to availability) for an additional charge.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Everything was as advertised. We were able to check in 15 minutes early but it does require you know exact timing or notification if it changes. Terrace was lovely even in mid-50s and we listened to the NYE fireworks. Great supermarket about 15 minutes walk; convenience stores even closer. Able to walk to many of the important sites.

This apartment was fantastic! I love the style and the layout of it! The ceilings were amazing!! We loved the balcony patio! We spent lots of time out there, even though there wasn’t much of a view, but it was a lovely outdoor space. And the location of this apartment was great. Thank you for a great stay. Would definitely rent it again!!

Check in was easy and Mariana provided great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. Location was excellent, apartment was clean and well-stocked for our needs, and beds were very comfortable.

Spacious and Comfortable Apartment in a Great LocationWe stayed here for two nights at the end of our Mediterranean vacation after our cruise before flying home. Our group of six adults had plenty of space, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.We especially loved the outdoor terrace — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while chatting with friends. The location offered easy access to the metro, and BCN conveniently arranged our transportation to the airport.Just a tip for future guests: arrange transportation ahead of time, as rides can be quite expensive in Barcelona. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
