It was a great location. Little on the outside of the touristy areas which made it quiet. Easy to get in and out of.

Very nice property with all conveniences. Supert location - walkable to most Barcelona sights. Found it clean and comfortable. Functional appliances.
The hosts are very specific on the check-in and check-out time with almost no flexibility. Luggage storage could be complimentary for apartment guests.
The reception guys came across as unfriendly and not service oriented - they probably treat everyone as if staying at a hostel.

Central location, two bathrooms, proper kitchen, good tv
Not well soundproofed, every night we heard people in neighbouring apartments coming home during the middle of the night and the sound of chairs being moved above. Also beside a hostel which contributes to some noise too. The beds were not the most comfy and the rooms were very hot with no AC. There was ac in the sitting room though and we did ask for a fan and they delivered one.
