upon reading the comments my group and I were worried that the place might be unclean and it won’t be somewhere that we were going to stay again… On our arrival the apartment was clean and tidy, the location was excellent, it was a 10 minute walk to the sagrada familia cathedral and about a 10min drive to the beach and city centre. after the lift started to work, it was a pleasant stay! The shower room is really up to date and it was excellent value for money. You genuinely get your moneys worth
We could not sort out the heating and the electric heaters provided were smelling like it was burning. The duvets had no sheets. The lift wasn’t working on the first day and we were on the 5th floor.

perfect location, new shower and easy access with electronic system
luck of care for details: the couch was dirty and full of stains, definitely never be cleaned.
under the bathroom sink's cabinet it was a lot of old dust.
curtains dusty, for people with allergy was a nightmare
