The sofa bed is not comfortable, climbing up and down and touching/hitting your leg on the metal frame is not a nice feeling No kettle to boil water, had to do it in a pot.

Location was perfect for our family who need not hurry to wake up in the morning because of the accessibility of the tourist spots and the transportation facilities.

There is nothing that we did not like. At first we worried how we could enter the property but eventually it went well. We were able to access the doors and the room. Good job! Everything was perfect!

its all about the location, cant beat that (you dont get direct view of sagrada from the room tho. not even from the balcony. i tried). AC works very well. shower has good pressure & heat. access by numpad is easy.

the sofa bed is SO UNCOMFORTABLE you can feel the steel frame below the thin mattress. the apartment is designed to look good in photos but not practicality - kitchen is big but theres no wardrobe (ended up hanging my cloth on all the dining chairs), no washing machine, shower have no toiletries shelf so host just put shower gel bottle on the floor, same to wash basin area, shower needs door cos you will definitely wet the toilet every time, 2 pillows are not enough. no iron/ ironboard. so hard to access the rubbish bin because its in the furthest cabinet blocked by the dining chair. Living here for 3 days made me question the design intentions to the smallest details. maybe not too bothersome if youre staying for 1 night, but it gets to you. theres restaurant below so from my room i can hear chatters till 3am by the way if you cant find the utensil its BELOW the oven (who even designs drawer below oven?). the bowls are on the highest cabinet you need to climb on chair to get it. theres 2 coffee capsules given for 3 nights stay. minor inconveniences, irritating impracticality (sorry im an architect)
