Lovely flat at Sagrada Familia

La posizione era eccellente, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e in quantità sufficiente, aveva microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, e tutto l'occorrente per la colazione.

Mancano i condizionatori in una stanza, c'era caldo. Le altre camere erano fornite di condizionatore.

Scalinata stretta e ripida

Superb location.

The location of this apartment is truly excellent and was the biggest advantage for us. We also appreciated that the apartment was warm thanks to the radiators, as the weather was quite cold. Another positive point was that we were able to pick up the keys early and leave our bags in the room — thank you for that.

The apartment has potential, but it would benefit from some updates and small repairs. Both bathrooms could use maintenance: in one, the button to switch to the smaller showerhead was missing, and in the other, the shower holder didn’t stay in place. The water also drained very slowly, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Some items in the apartment were not functioning — for example, the floor lamp in the corner didn’t work even with a bulb. These small details can affect the overall impression, so fixing them would make a big difference. The front door could also use a fresh coat of paint, as it looks a bit worn. In the bedroom, the light from the air conditioner (used it for heating) was very bright at night, which made sleeping difficult until we turned the AC off. Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and the warmth of the apartment, but the space would really benefit from a few updates to match the impression given by the photos.
