The internet is very slow, i think the location of the place doesn’t have good signal at all even when using mobile data.

It was clean, location was great

Our lock was broken and we had no power when we got to the appartement. it took several hours and phonecalls until the problem was solved.

The photo showing the Sagrada Familia from the room is not real, and it's not just my apartment; none of the apartments in that building have views of the monument, so it's misleading advertising. Communication with the host has been very difficult. it’s a very little apartment, you can barely move, we were five adult and 1 kid, the balcony is very small. The bathroom was tiny and the shower pressure wasn't great. No tea or coffee provided. The apartment was older and smaller than it looks in the photos. The complex was very noisy. The beds are very uncomfortable. A check-in time of 4:00 PM is very late, especially since you do not provide luggage storage facilities. I think if you are staying somewhere, the luggage storage should be free.
