Location and the air conditioning was superior. Great to come back to a cold room in 90 degree heat.
No sights from windows. I would rather have the air conditioning.

Location. Barcelona is a large city, so most places are central. The location was next to a metro line. Eateries right by the door. Coffee shop by the door. Air conditioning was effective.
It's subjective, but felt a little tired. A refresh would be great. Lack of view out. I think half of the appartments had balconies looking over the bustling street ( I don't know, but it appears that way). My appartment had windows that looked at bare walls next door.. I.e. no view.

Secure entry, washing machine, refridge, sitting room with TV, AC worked well
Unit is old, beds not very comfortable. Location is in a very noisy location, lots of nightlife activity and delivery trucks early mornings. Towels were old, linens also old
