The location is perfect for seeing everything, great walking distance and quick metro links. The apartment was very clean and didn't smell of smoke at all. Really recommend staying there.

Some things were a little "tired' (dripping air con, bins where pedals didn't quite work) but definitely not a deal breaker. I would say one thing, the railing on the upper floor and stairs does not have glass (I incorrectly assumed it did from the photos) which made me very nervous with young children, so just be aware it is just a bar and a straight drop down.

Localização excelente, ao lado do metrô e de lojas ótimas. Apartamento espaçoso e agradável. Cozinha equipada. Kit de boas vidas excelente. Roupas de cama e banho ótimas.

A cama do quarto de casal não era muito confortável. O chuveiro do banheiro do quarto superior era pequeno, então acabei utilizando o do piso térreo.

Το διαμέρισμα χρήζει κάποιας ανακαίνισης, το παρκέ έχει αρκετές φθορές σε σημείο που γίνεται επικίνδυνο. O βραστηρας του νερού είχε εσωτερικά σκουριά! Τα στρώματα λόγω χρήσης δεν είναι πλεον τόσο άνετα.

The location is wonderful. We were fortunate enough to be there on the day of a parade and it went right by our window. The host was very responsive and left a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, and there was a generous supply of coffee pods.

The beds were terrible. All 3 mattresses were extremely soft and deeply dented in the middle. We dreaded going to bed at night. The beds had very slippery, plasticy comforters on them and they slid off during the night. The apartment has clearly been heavily used since the photos were taken. The floor is damaged and the couch is stained. The small bedroom with the twin beds is tiny and dark, and only suitable for children. The upstairs shower is barely usable as it is so tight and the shower curtain blows in and sticks to you while trying to shower.
