Location was excellent, just a few steps from Sagrada familia, close to a lot of nice restaurants (especially latin american ones) and small shops, even for groceries. Having a kitchen allows you to prepare simple meals (the stove is small with two burners). Deposit refund was very fast. Assistance was available even when calling later at night (could not turn off one of the lights) There is a small terrace on the roof where you can have a meal with a nice view over the Sagrada familia, which was very nice. We were attending an event nearby so we did not move around very much, but even sights like Casa Battlo are within walking distance and since Bolt/Ubers are relatively inexpensive in Barcelona, it's quite easy to get around even to some places further away.

The access system with one code for the front door, another for the room, a key for the lift, a code for the key box for the lift key makes it a quite convoluted system and not very straightforward to use. The room itself was clean, but small and minimalistic, with a view over a wall and there was quite a bit of noise, from the lift (which has a direct entrance to the room), but also doors, people talking, rattling airco, noisy fridge (the last two are right in front/next to the bed), etc, made it hard to have a good night's sleep. Good earplugs are a must if you are disturbed by these things. A lot of light pollution as well, with the lift button blinking bright all night if the lift is on your floor (which it was because the neigbhour on the same floor used it). Also the microwave clock was incredibly bright and had to find a way to cover all those. So in addition to the earplugs you may need a sleeping mask. Showers in the morning had to be very short because the second person may not have warm water as it runs out and you have to wait for quite some time for the boiler to fill up again. At the price of 220€ per night (+ city tax) I was expecting a bit more. Some friends stayed at a new hotel right behind the sagrada familia for less, with much better rooms (although no kitchen, but with breakfast included), I would stay there next time. For a better rate I would consider staying at this location again, but not at the price I paid.
