The location worked well and is close to public transport and locker storage if you arrive early or leave later than checkin/checkout. The accomodations worked perfectly for my group of 4 , one couple and 2 singles since three bedrooms. Beds were comfortable.
There are two bathrooms, a small balcony, and spacious living area. Owners respond quickly and are accommodating to needs. There are ice trays to make ice for water bottles and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
One bathroom shower needs maintenance, there is some mold and we noticed floor tiles that are falling out.
Other bathroom door does not close tightly/ remain shut for privacy. Suggest adding hook or some way to lock it?
We also could have used an extra key since our group split up to explore but had to coordinate the return to the apartment as only one main gate key is provided.
Needed to use a flashlight both day and night to see the code on door.

The stay was everything we were looking for! Great location looking at the Sagrada Família church, modern apartment, close to the subway and tram, many great restaurants near by. The host as so helpfully and shared many great recommendations for restaurants and bars. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The washer machine was amazing to have/use.
Very minor: the shower pressure in the larger bathroom wasn’t the best.

The location & the view.
It’s very noisy there’s construction going on, very basic on supplies, bare bones, no-frills. beds, semi comfortable the two smaller bedrooms are basically like a closet.
