About this apartment rental
This comfortable apartment offers 3 spacious bedrooms, which can easily accommodate 6 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and it is just around the corner from Sagrada Familia. Central and easily connected to Barcelona’s attractions.
APARTMENT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES
This spacious and bright apartment is the perfect place to spend your holiday. In total there are three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds, and there’s a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has a comfortable living space with a dining table for six people in the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find a dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and anything else you need for cooking.
There is NO air conditioning, but each room has ceiling fans so that it is still comfortable in the summer. WiFi Internet is included, just like beddings, towels, soaps and everything else you need to live and sleep comfortably in one of the world’s most beautiful beach cities.
1st floor with NO LIFT (2 flights of stairs to reach apartment level)
Please note that the apartment faces a street with heavy traffic, we do provide earplugs.
We kindly ask you to read carefully all the descriptions and all the amenities that are included with the property. It will help you choose the best accommodation for your holiday, according to your needs. Also, read very carefully the "House Rules" section. There you will find very useful information regarding our policies and it will prevent any misunderstanding after your booking has been completed.
Strictly no smoking (we would demand all damage deposit for those not observing this strict rule)

The refundable damage deposit is 200 Euros that will be held on a credit card upon arrival.
Tourist tax in Barcelona has been raised to 10,45€ per day per person. This tax must be paid the day of your arrival.
Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

The check-in fee is calculated according to the time and day of arrival.

00.00 - 09:00: + 40 Euros
Arrivals on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will have an extra charge of 20€.

The location was excellent - a little loud in the front bedroom as it is on a busy road but the nearby restarurants, bars, parks, transportation more than made up for it.The check in and out process was very smooth. Communication with the host was effortless.We couldn't believe how close we actually were to the Sagrada Familia (and also the Hop on Hop Off Bus Route). We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend this property. 10/10 stars all the way!

L'appartement est bien placée par rapport à la Sagrada Familia, il y a plusieurs supermarchés à moins de 200 mètres et un parking sécurité (payant) est également au pied du logement. Cependant, des ustensiles dans la cuisine manquent il n'y a pas de plat pour aller au four, pas d'écumoir pour les pâtes et quelques couverts supplémentaires ne seraient pas de trop. Il faudrait également changer le pommeau de douche qui fuit +++. Ce sont des petites choses facilent à améliorer. Le gros bémol vient de la circulation sous la fenêtre de la salle et d'une chambre (appart au 1er étage) il y a une route à 3 voies et c'est du simple vitrage. Même avec les boules quies qui nous ont été fournis, impossible de dormir dans la chambre, il a fallu déménager les matelas dans la cuisine ;-( Peut-être ne sommes nous pas habitués à la ville mais vraiment il faudrait au moins changer ces deux portes fenêtres coté rue; l'été, il est doit être impossible d'ouvrir, le bruit est constant. Hormis ce désagréement, notre séjour c'est très bien passé et il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre des taxis pour se déplacer car la ville est grande et les taxis pas trop chers...
