Welcome to the luxurious, spacious and quiet apartment with pool in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona!
The distribution of this Apartment with Pool in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona for 8 is an elegant 85 m² apartment located on one of the floors of a new building that offers extensive amenities, such as a community pool on the fifth floor and an elevator for greater comfort. The main space of the apartment is nice and spacious, divided into different rooms that include a cozy living room, a dining room and a kitchen accessible from a modern and practical bar.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the many historical sites, places to eat, coffee shops and small grocery markets. The building was secure and we felt safe walking during the day and night. Linens and towels were clean as was the apartment. The front bedroom was noisy as it was on a busy street, but we had ear plugs! A few additional items such as paper towel, dish cloth and drying towel would have been appreciated. We did not use the pool. The instructions for accessing the building and the unit were clear and we became comfortable with using our phones and the app to gain access. Feedback was given to the owners (safe not working, outside window blinds damaged) and it was well received. We were a couple and we had two singles with us, having 2 single beds and a queen bed worked well. We all agreed that we would stay again.

The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions. We'll definitely be back!
