Opening Doors Monumental - IDEAL FOR FAMILIES
Located in the Eixample district, a 10-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and next to the old La Monumental bullring. It has excellent public transportation access via metro and bus. It is located on the fourth floor of a residential building with an elevator. The four bedrooms and the living-dining room face outward, making the apartment very bright. It features two terraces where you can enjoy breakfast.
At Opening Doors, we are doing everything possible to provide a safe space for our guests. For this reason, before your arrival, we thoroughly clean the apartment and disinfect high-touch surfaces. We will welcome you while maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask. Please wear yours as well.

It has four bedrooms, all with single beds and doors. Three of them have two single beds, and the fourth has one single bed.
Two full bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. There is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The living room has a sofa where you can relax, watch TV, or listen to music. There is air conditioning in the living room and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
We rent the entire apartment for private use by you and your group.
We provide bed linens, towels, and hand soap.
A baby crib is available upon request.
This apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a fabulous stay in Barcelona.
We are always available by cell phone.
The building is located within walking distance of attractions such as the Agbar Tower, the Sagrada Familia, Gaudí Avenue, the Hospital-Museum of Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Plaza Monumental, the Encants Flea Market, the Concert Hall (Auditori), the National Theater (Teatre Nacional), the Barcelona Design Museum, the Puntxas House, the main shopping street Paseo de Gracia, and the Arc de Triomphe.
Excellent transportation to the beach: 15 minutes by bus.
The neighborhood offers a wide range of services, including bars, restaurants, markets, and local shops.
The area is perfect for those who want quick access to all the city’s highlights… a complete tourist experience!
Monumental (purple line – L2) and Glorias (L1 – red line) are the nearest metro stations. Buses No. 7 and 56, which stop in front of the building, take you to the city center in 8 minutes and to the Barcelona Football Club Stadium.
Bus V23 takes you to the beach in 18 minutes.
We also offer a parking space in the building, not included in the price.

This apartment is located in a residential building. In accordance with community regulations, this apartment is suitable only for families and adults over 30 years of age.
According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration.
A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.
The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, discolored) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 + VAT (21%) each; additional hour of extra cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).
