Fisa Rentals Gran Via Apartments

The apartment was large, modern and clean. Our entry instructions were easy to follow.

Loved everything about it except the wifi. That made you resign in almost every day and it wasn't quick. But everything else about the flat was lovely and exceeded expectations.

The apartment was perfect for family reunion: several bedrooms and bathrooms and perfect location.

First, Fisa management has done very poor job providing details. We communicated multiple times asking about parking situation but at no time we were explained that there is public parking garage in the building where we can park rental car. When we entered the apartment, we were not able to find one of the bedrooms and a bathroom. There was a door behind the kitchen that looked like a closet door; the bedroom/bathroom were behind that door. Situation with garbage disposal is very particular in Barcelona, and explanation that you have to walk with your garbage for more than a block could have been provided, not just request to remove the garbage. While the kitchen was well-equipped, for such a price, coffee machine with inserts could have been provided.

The location was amazing!!! If you want an exceptional location without breaking the bank and plan on spending the majority of your holiday out and about exploring, this is the best place for you!

The bathroom could benefit from renovation and unfortunately had an occasional sewage-like smell. There was also an issue with the toilet leaking onto the bathroom floor, however the staff responded quickly to resolve it and clean everything up. The beds were comfortable, although quite short — my tall friend did find her legs hanging over the edge.
