Location and cleanness

The apartment is beautiful and well thought out with most things you need. Lots of space! Bath seat provided for baby. High chair and cot available. Great AC! Floorboards were not creaky at all.

There were hardly any toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) provided. If we had known, we would have brought our own. Also would have preferred liquid soap rather than soap bars. The second bedroom bed was not too comfortable, and the beds kept moving around (the 2 single beds were put together but not joined up - maybe they could have used a larger sheet to "join" the 2 single beds better). The pocket doors look great, but are poor at soundproofing so it can be quite noisy, especially with the floorboards reflecting the noise (not absorbing the noise like carpets). My toddler got a rash on both wrists and we got a few bites show up on our legs. We wondered if it was the cleanliness of the sofa? Or bedbugs? The person on the WhatsApp number wasn't as responsive as I'd hoped, but it's not like a hotel where there's usually someone available 24/7.

Very clean , more than my expectations. Close to the town centre , very safe .

The location was amazing!!! If you want an exceptional location without breaking the bank and plan on spending the majority of your holiday out and about exploring, this is the best place for you!

The bathroom could benefit from renovation and unfortunately had an occasional sewage-like smell. There was also an issue with the toilet leaking onto the bathroom floor, however the staff responded quickly to resolve it and clean everything up. The beds were comfortable, although quite short — my tall friend did find her legs hanging over the edge.
