The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Barcelona. The apartment was very spacious and offered great value, as we had a three-bedroom apartment for the price of many two-bedroom options. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and included a walk-in closet. There was also plenty of storage space both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms, which was very practical for a family stay. Although the apartment is not new, it is well maintained and comfortable. We also requested a baby crib and it was provided for us.
The only small inconvenience was that there was no espresso machine in the apartment. Other than that, everything was very good.

Location is great - close to the high street, Gaudi houses and Gothic quarter.
The apartment is spacious, well furnished and clean. Bed is large and are confie.
Coms with the staff was excellent.
A bit noisy as it faces Grand via blvd.
Boiler is rather small for 3 people to shower one after another.
We stayed for 5 nights but didn't get any linen change or vacuum cleaning while there

Since we had a late flight, entering the apartment with a code worked without any problems. Communication with the agency was good and timely. The location is great, because all the attractions are close by and everything can be visited on foot. Wifi works without any problems. The deposit od 200 EUR was returned within 5 days. Barcelona is a very interesting city, I hope we will come again sometime!
The walls are thin and it is noisy when someone closes the door of the neighboring apartments. Also, the apartment is on a very busy street, but the bedroom is on the quiet side, so that's fine.
