Anais Apartments by gaiarooms

Spacious apartment with 3 full bedrooms; harder to find. Has everything you might need. We were only there one night before flying out in the AM.

The additional €150 "security deposit" surprise at check-in was hefty and unusual. The space felt cold and sterile. No rugs or art on the walls or ambient floor/table lighting. But not reasons not to stay there in the future.

Location, responsive staff, functional layout.

The apartment was central, great location, it was very clean.

Upon arrival the digital key didn't work. After a call the lady said she had reset it, still didn't work. After 2 more calls the lady put the phone down on me, but at least we got in. In the apartment itself furniture was sufficient, dining chairs cloth was stained on all 4 chairs. 1 of 2 outside lights didn't work, twin room bedside light didn't work, master bedroom 1 tap is loose and also the soap dispenser was loose,the twin bedded room door did not close, the outside table had a broken slat. For a deluxe apartment there was a distinct lack of comfortable furniture to relax on in the outside area. There is no safety information in case of fire, no smoke alarm. No instruction on how anything works, not any information on the surrounding area IE supermarkets, restaurants. So overall it was ok but certainly not deluxe.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, good location in the centre of the city.

The locks on the door were digital keys that you access your apartment through your phone. The door was very complicated to open to the point that we go locked out of our apartment at 6am for 2 hours. We contacted the property and it took them over an hour to come and help us get back into our apartment. We had a very bad experience with the keys and locks to get into our apartment and would not recommend using this. We eventually got a key to access the house but the locks on the doors should be much easier to access for people. Very disappointing
