Great location, perfect place, clean, friendly communication

The virtuel entrance key didn‘t work but was good with the code later. We had to pay some extra costs twice. I strongly recommend to declare the full price from the beginning including taxes, touristic fees and so on for such a high priced appartment. Everything else was just perfect

Large apartment well located and clean

Only A/C in master bedroom and living room. Could not check in early. Not equipped with daily needs like shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc

Comfortable bed. Good sized apartment close to most tourist attractions and shopping. We'll equipped kitchen.

Virtual key didn't work when we first arrived but after a phone call to apartment managers it was sorted out. They are available 24hrs so good to know. The washing machine wasn't working a couple of days after arrival and a new machine was promised but after a few days still hadn't arrived.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, good location in the centre of the city.

The locks on the door were digital keys that you access your apartment through your phone. The door was very complicated to open to the point that we go locked out of our apartment at 6am for 2 hours. We contacted the property and it took them over an hour to come and help us get back into our apartment. We had a very bad experience with the keys and locks to get into our apartment and would not recommend using this. We eventually got a key to access the house but the locks on the doors should be much easier to access for people. Very disappointing
