Great location, nice staff

Thin wall, kids were just watching tv and neighbors complained because the wall is thin, you can hear everything

The location of the property was great. Easy access to shopping and metro.

WiFi was not reliable and therefore the electronic key for the building front door and room door was sometimes difficult. It was also inconvenient that the lights and air conditioning would turn off the moment you opened the front door, leaving the bathroom dark. It would be better if there was a timer that allowed for a few minutes before electricity was turned off. The second bedroom was very warm, even with the air conditioning on. A fan would be nice. A faster response from property owner when issues came up would also be better.

Location, cleanliness.

Zero flexibility from the staff on checking in early or checking out late. What’s more, the cleaning crew were there about 1 hour before departure and actually opened the door before we had left the unit.

I stayed at Tendency Apartments 6 and, while the location is truly excellent close to shops, cafes, and major attraction Great spot in the city,

The comfort and management responsiveness leave much to be desired.The experience inside the apartment was disappointing. I was woken up by loud construction noise from next door around 8 AM. When I reported it and send video of noise, the management team said there’s no policy to stop or limit such disturbances, which was frustrating. Additionally, the furnishings and overall comfort of the apartment weren’t suitable for relaxing or spending any real time indoors. Honestly, the interior wasn’t even comfortable enough for a one-hour stay, let alone a full night.
