A wonderful property in a prime location but unfortunately , our experience with this host started on the wrong foot. We informed her as soon as we left the airport that we were on our way, traveling with a child after a long international trip. Instead of a smooth check-in, we had to wait longer than expected. When I expressed my disappointment, rather than offering a sincere apology, I was told that my concerns were “first-world problems,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a paying guest, I don’t believe it’s appropriate to make customers feel guilty for circumstances that are outside of their control. The host later explained that previous guests had stolen items and left the apartment dirty. While I understand that hosts can face difficult situations, those experiences should not affect how new guests are treated. Every guest deserves to be welcomed with courtesy and respect. The apartment itself was acceptable, but hospitality is about more than the property. The way our concerns were handled left us feeling unwelcome, and for that reason I cannot recommend this host!

The location is really good especially for families. It was fine for our brief stay. Comfortable and nice. But nothing over the top if you are looking for something really relaxing.

Location was perfect! Apt. was open and lots of room. Right in the middle of everything. Loved seeing Casa Batillo at night!

Nice views, great location. Brigid was not an adequate manager. Didn’t tell us in advance there would be constant construction in next door apartment…jack hammers, banging etc that woke us everyday! She advertised 3 bedrooms and 3 baths then when we arrived, tried to say it was only 2 bedrooms and that we should “NOT READ THE WORDS BUT LOOK AT THE PICTURES!” Very hard to contact, didn’t answer questions for days. I’m sure you could do better. Don’t believe a word she says.
