About this apartment rental

beautiful duplex 3 bedroom apartment, really well situated, only 10 min walking to las ramblas and plaza catalunya, located between conveniently between paseo de gracia and rambla catalunya, surrounded by TONS of restaurants and shops.

There is an extra charge for late check in.

at your arrival we will collect the mandatory tourist tax that is 4.40€ per person per night(adults only 17years and up, and maximum 7 nights)

I would definitely stay at this place again, Owners were very friendly and helpful about the area during the check in process, we felt very safe inside and out of the condo. The condo is very nice and clean and roomy enough for 6 adults! Made Barcelona worth the trip!!

First rate apartment in a great location with the best host! Barcelona is amazing and Roberto takes it to a higher level!

We can not say enough great things about Roberto. I accidentally booked the apartment for 2 nights instead of 3. Roberto was able get us space to stay. He was so helpful and gave us some great restaurant and sightseeing ideas. For the apartments, both that we stayed at were amazing. Very clean very comfortable and in a perfect part of town. Easily accessible to everything including the Metro and the train station. We would recommend Roberto and his team and apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona.
