Very central location, with many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Comfortable bedrooms. The appartment is on the 4th floor with a view of the small square below. The square is a pedestrian area, so very little street noise.

The equipment in the kitchen has seen better days, and the interior is fairly basic, but functional. There were only two of us, but I imagine the living area is cramped if you are with more than 4 people.

Sehr gute Lage, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Metro und Bus jederzeit gut erreichbar. Aufzug direkt bis zur Wohnungstür, Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren. Gut gepflegtes Gesamtgebäude.

Die Wohnung macht einen leicht desolaten Eindruck, vieles ist defekt, z.B. sämtliche Rollos (kann man deshalb tagsüber nicht schließen), die Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon, der Wasserhahn in der Küche (spritzt in alle Richtungen, das Sieb fehlt), etc. Insgesamt waren viele Gegenstände klebrig oder man hat in eine dicke Staubschicht gegriffen, auch die Toilette war nicht sauber. Nachts war es gelegentlich kühl (wir hatten keine Klimaanlage an), es gab jedoch keinerlei Fleecedecken oder Ähnliches in der Wohnung, was für den Schlaf nicht förderlich war.
