Fantastic location

No working corkscrew!!!

We had excellent communication from booking to arrival. We were met at the property and shown around and given all the information we needed. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed and in a good location.

Nothing really other than the master bed was a little uncomfortable.

Fantastic location, great area, close to everything. Secure. Quiet. Spacious. Two full bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Good dining area and seating area. Balconies. Easily big enough for four adults or a family. Three large bedrooms, one en suite. Owner very helpful and responsive to queries.

Instructions on how to use the heating would have prevented us having to bother the owner. Needs a bread board/chopping board. One of the beds was very hard. One shower head needs properly affixing to the wall. Towels and bedding a bit sparse.

I would definitely not class it as LUXURY. The bathroom which was shared between the 4 people staying in the twin & double rooms had no door on the toilet & no lock on the bathroom door. This is unacceptable for a shared bathroom. There is no reason why a bolt lock could not be fitted up high on the door. The twin beds were extremely lightweight & moved across the floor far too easily. They were unstable & tipped over if you sat on the edge of the bed. On the first evening my husband got out of bed during the night & ended up on the floor with the bed frame on its side & the mattress beside him. Other things to note: there is no mirror in the twin room or double room. The decor: frames with no pictures in & previous water damage are not LUXURY. The description of the property states 1 double room with en suite & 2 twin rooms. We booked it on this basis. There was actually 1 double room, which was disappointing & not what we booked. The double bed was very hard and not comfortable.
