Es muy amplio. La cocina muy bien.
Fuimos en temporada de calor. Solo tiene dos aires acondicionados pequeños, uno en la estancia y otro en la recámara principal, por lo cual la casa es caliente. Las recámaras solo tienen ventiladores. El sillón tiene una pata rota, por lo que está ladeado. No lo puedes usar. No me gustó que me cobren por hacer la entrega de las llaves y el departamento. A los baños les falta muebles para poner tus cosas.

Really good location close to the center and with Urgell metro station at the door. Very big apartment.
Apartment with a low budget renovation. Pillows very unconventional. Hot water finishes very fast: a bigger boiler is needed for a 10 people apartment. Would be nice to find a bottle of water and some coffee when arriving at the apartment.

Location was good, comfortable beds and clean linen.
Air conditioning none existing, bathroom door handle broken, toilet broken, shower door broken, all water came out, washer machine broken. Unpleasant smell in the apartment.
