Very centrally located, yet, in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious apartment (stayed 8 people) with 4 rooms. We were worried of the hearwave but the owner added 2 portable AC units that was awesome.
Beds were comfortable, house was clean, all necessary amenities were there.
I highly recommend this Novus apartment to all large groups and families 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The location was ideal—set in the quieter, less touristy Eixample neighborhood, with plenty of charming cafés and restaurants nearby. It was easy to walk or take the Metro to all that Barcelona has to offer. The property itself worked perfectly for our two families, with cozy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great dining table for gathering. There was also plenty of hot water for everyone to shower comfortably.
