Abbastanza datato in generale Abbiamo avuto un problema con aria condizionata, staff gentile nel rispnderci ma nella realtá dei fatti non hanno risolto. Abbiamo dormito male con aria che goccialava in un secchio e quindi disturbava sonno. Pagato con sconto genius il giusto, non vale il prezzo intero

Location is fantastic Nice big apartment Clean and bright

It is not as pictured on booking.com, so whilst it is a perfectly fine apartment we were disappointed on arrival as it wasn’t what we thought we had booked. No balcony, rooms different, different kitchen all not as nice as booked, which I feel is misleading. When I rang to address this when we arrived no one answered and the message was answered a day later. I suspect this happens all the time. The locking system was terrible and there isn’t a key option when this doesn’t work so we ended up locked out several times and having to just keep trying to put the code in until it opened. We had arrived back late one evening so couldn’t call anyone, I think this needs re looked at or have a key that you can access the property without the code.
