Sweett - The Roca House

The property was spacious and had all the utilities we needed for a long weekend. It was central to all we planned to do and found the metro super easy to use in order to get to each place.

The pictures are slightly different and it could do with a freshen up with paint. The balcony was smaller than what we anticipated from the photos which was a shame however we adapted quickly and found solutions to our ideas.

The shower needs to be a bit more better as the water was flowing into the dry area.

Amazing location, very attentive staff, really spacious and affordable for Barcelona

Like the location in a nicer residential area of Barcelona city.

Just abit tired and wore out. Lights hanging off the wall, stains on blankets. Needed up dating. Didn’t look like the pictures. Had to leave our bags miles away even though there was alot of apartments in our building own by same people for convenience would have been nice to of left our bags securely there. We arrived to no water, had a fire engine there Saturday night and couldn’t get back into the building. Although things out of the owners control, it still added to our overall stay. For the price I just expected more.
