About this house rental
Located in the central Eixample district, just in front of Mercat del Ninot, this spacious 5-bedroom apartment of 150m2 is perfect to experience Barcelona’s authentic culture. Casa Cosi Mallorca 2 has been furnished and decorated in order to create a cozy atmosphere while keeping its authenticity with elements such as “los mosaicos” (typical Spanish earthenware tiles). It has 5 bedrooms (three with queen-size beds, one with two simple beds and the last one with one simple bed) and 2 full bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. The living room is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook for the entire family.

Silvia was easy to work with. The apartment was spotless and very large. Great location for catching the hop-on-hop-off. Would definitely recommend this VRBO!!

Group of 5 for a business event in Barcelona. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed - fresh, clean towels, coffee machine with capsules, good internet, comfortable beds. Location just 5 minutes from the metro and across the street from Mercat de Ninot. Host met us on time and even let us in a bit early to accommodate our travelers from North America. Highly recommended.

For an in-city accommodation, the apartment was acceptable, but the photos gave an inaccurate impression. The three of the bedrooms were small and dark, with small windows looking onto the central well of the building. The living room was very small and the dining area was an enclosed porch, barely adequate for five people. Wel located, but not a welcoming space to return to.
