Clean and tidy helpful staff
Was impossible to get the overall temperature of the apartment correct. One room would be freezing and the other boiling. Needs more utensils for the amount of people staying

The apartment was great, it was large and perfect for a group of 8. It was clean, and had lots of amenties, the beds were comfortable, the location is good (a 5-7 min walk to metro station, a 2 min walk to a bus station). The receptionist was very helpful, overall a great experience, would recommend.

الشقة نظيفة وواسعة وجنبها بقالات كثيره وسوبرماركت كبير، مكانها جيد والموظفين خدومين ، فيها مطبخ وغسالة وكوي وفيها شطافات ممتازة في الحمامات
مافيه خدمة المساعدة في حمل الحقائب، مافيه تنظيف يومي وخدمة التنظيف المدفوعة ب 65 يورو، الكنبه اللي بالصاله كانت قديمه وشبه مكسوره، احيانا فيه ازعاج من الشقق المجاورة بشكل كبير بالليل
