Eixample Building Apartments by Mercedes Heritage

We absolutely loved this apartment. The facilities were excellent, everything was in very good condition, and the apartment was extremely comfortable. Even though we were a large group, it was so spacious that it never felt crowded. With four bedrooms, a living room, and a dining area, there was plenty of space for everyone, and it was very well furnished for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and having reception available was very convenient. The location was also excellent, close to shops and restaurants and well positioned between the main tourist attractions.

Nothing to complain about. We had a very positive experience and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Clean and tidy helpful staff

Was impossible to get the overall temperature of the apartment correct. One room would be freezing and the other boiling. Needs more utensils for the amount of people staying

The apartment was great, it was large and perfect for a group of 8. It was clean, and had lots of amenties, the beds were comfortable, the location is good (a 5-7 min walk to metro station, a 2 min walk to a bus station). The receptionist was very helpful, overall a great experience, would recommend.
