The Space:
This sunny, newly renovated 1,700-square-foot apartment is located on the fifth floor of a classic Barcelona building with an elevator.
The flat can comfortably accommodate 9 guests. There is central air conditioning to keep the apartment cool, even in the height of summer.
The expansive, sunny living room and dining area seamlessly flow into a modern high-end kitchen. The living room features a classic Catalan vaulted ceiling. There is plenty of seating for everyone in your group and a large-screen smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services.
The dining area seats up to 9 people. Complete place settings for 9 guests are supplied.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you will need to prepare a sumptuous meal at the end of the day. It also features a second, round dining table that can seat 4, perfect for breakfasts or a kids' table.
A dedicated workspace is adjacent to the kitchen with a large built-in desk area.
There are four bedrooms, three of which have luxury king-size mattresses. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The bedrooms are located in the back of the building away from the street so they are very quiet.
The master suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, large closets, and a smart TV. The family bedroom has a king bed and two optional extra beds, including a sofa bed and trundle bed, to accommodate up to four people in the room. This bedroom also features a smart TV, sitting area, and a desk and chair.
A third bedroom features a king bed. The fourth bedroom is smaller and includes a small double bed. This bedroom is ideal for one person or children. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps an additional two guests.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with high-speed wifi throughout the apartment.
Paid parking is available next door.
Barcelona tourist taxes of 6.25 euros per guest over the age of 16 per night will be charged at check-in.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Access to the apartment is via an app.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the Eixample, one of Barcelona's most exclusive and centrally located neighborhoods, and is ideal for exploring the city. In the Eixample you'll find stunning modernist architecture, tree-lined streets, and some of the best shopping and dining options Barcelona has to offer.
Getting Around:
The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the iconic Paseo de Gracia featuring Gaudi's Casa Battlo and La Pedrera. It is also a 20-minute walk to the Ramblas and Gothic Quarter.
There are numerous metro and bus stops nearby and it is very easy to catch a taxi in this area.
