Clean, quiet air conditioning, spacious.
Picking up keys from a different location which was quite far away when carrying cases. Buzzer didn’t work to let people in through main door.

Great location, spacious apartment, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The batteries in the TV remote were dead, so we couldn’t turn the TV on. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The safe was broken. The iron was damaged and could have ruined our clothes.
