真ん中の部屋がエアコンが効きすぎて、調整が難しかった

Excelentes, funcionales y cómodas instalaciones. Muy bien ubicado, a 50 mts de estación del metro, restaurantes, cafés, y lugares turísticos para caminar. ¡Súper recomendable!

This is a clean, well located apartment in central Barcelona. Do make sure you download the app for the digital key beforehand. It worked in almost all cases (though mine didn't let me into the room). The accommodation has three good size bedrooms, one of which is ensuite.There is a working lift and a very welcome coffee machine. It was also great being able to store our luggage there at the end of the day.

One of us (me) had a problem with the digital keycard, which opened the outside door, but not the inner one. However, that's my fault for not asking for help with it. The second bathroom is tiny, but that's OK. There is supposed to be no noise between 10pm and 10am, which I think is a condition of the city council. That's quite hard when there are wooden floors and we arrived late at night, but we did our best.

Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato e con tutto il necessario. Spazioso per un gruppo di amici di 4 persone (2 ragazzi e 2 ragazze), posizione molto comoda per girare durante il giorno, un po’ meno per la vita notturna per cui è necessario l’utilizzo dei taxi.

CONTINUI MESSAGGI E CHIAMATE MOLTO DISTURBANTI, che intimavano il fatto che stessimo facendo troppo rumore quando in realtà magari stavamo parlando con un tono di voce bassissimo. È capitato che questi messaggi e chiamate arrivassero nonostante non fossimo nell’appartamento. QUESTO SISTEMA È ASSOLUTAMENTE DA RIVEDERE POICHÉ RENDE UN INCUBO LA VACANZA!!! Sono stato costretto a bloccare ogni numero da cui ricevevo questi continui fastidi. Ricevevo fino a 10 chiamate in meno di un’ora e continui messaggi anche durante la notte mentre dormivamo! Io penso che se effettivamente ci fossero stati dei problemi sarebbe arrivato qualcuno a bussarci per dirci ciò che non andava. Questa metodologia è assolutamente ingombrante e invadente per gli ospiti.
