Location was great, nice area with dining options. Very secure-unlocked two doors before you get to the elevator. Nice big fridge, oven, washer and dryer worked very well. Good wifi.
Mostly clean with only one or two dirty spots. Felt like there were many hoops to jump through before you get there on separate sites (not booking.com) that needed passport info, etc and security deposit of $300.

Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux et agréable sans oublier la ponctualité et le professionnalisme. L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé, à 2 pas de la place Catalunia et des ramblas. Il est proche des restaurants et des commerces de proximité. Très confortable et spacieux, il était très propre. Doté de 2 chambres (une plus grande que l’autre), il possède aussi deux sdb. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Merci pour tout cela😊
Le détail du détail … (pour remplir la case !) : un ou deux essuies tout supplémentaires ! Même s’il est évident qu’en en demandant à notre hôte, nous les aurions eus.

Good location, nice balcony.
The airconditioning didn’t work and I believe it was a known issue, but nothing had been done to it. It was nearly impossible to get any sleep in the apartment with the room temp around 27-30 degrees. The electric curtain in the master bedroom also didn’t work so it was impossible to even open the window to have some fresh air.
