Stay U-nique Apartments Sant Antoni

We absolutely loved the spaciousness of the apartment. Having a supermarket downstairs was incredibly convenient, and there were plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. The location was perfect — around a 20-minute walk to the main attractions, which meant we got to experience both the quieter, more local side of Barcelona as well as the busy tourist attractions. The beds and linen were very comfortable, and we particularly loved the dining table area. My daughter was studying for a couple of hours each day during our stay, and having that separate, spacious area was especially helpful for her. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The team were extremely helpful and responsive when we accidentally left our passports in the bedside table. They reassured us that the door links would still work and checked in to make sure we could get back into the apartment. Really appreciated their support!

The only thing to be aware of is that this is a residential building, so you do need to be mindful of noise. We had a family laughing and giggling fit over a takeaway dinner one evening and were reminded to keep the noise down! With four teenagers, they can certainly get loud when they get going! 😂 Once we understood the expectations, it really wasn’t an issue at all. It’s simply worth being aware that you’re staying in a residential block with local neighbours, so being respectful of noise is important. We were very happy to do so, and it didn’t affect our stay at all. We had a wonderful experience. The self-check-in technology is very clever and convenient, but it does mean the lead booker needs to keep their phone charged at all times. The apartment doors are opened and locked via a web link on your phone, so you need your phone available whenever you’re coming and going. It wasn’t a problem for us once we understood how it worked, but it’s something worth knowing in advance — especially if you’re out for the day. Still a 10/10 stay!! We all loved it.

Tutto molto bello, l’appartamento è situato al piano terzo ( primero per gli spagnolai) e la posizione è nella vicinanza del mercato coperto di Sant Antoni.

Nulla a parte l’ora di silenzio imposto dalle ore 22 alle 8 del mattino.

El ruido , se sentía hasta la TV del vecino

لا يوجد تكييف في غرف النوم فقط في الصالة مكيف و الشقة قديمة جداو الجو حاااااااار لاتنفع في الصيف.
